We are seeking passionate and experienced community support workers to join our team as Home Care Assistants. This rewarding role is ideal for individuals who share our vision of providing exceptional care and support to clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and support to clients, including skin care, toileting, general hygiene, grooming, dressing, fitting and removal of pressure stockings
- Assist with mobility, fluid intake, feeding, meal preparation, respite and medication
- Provide social support and basic first aid
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, HACC or Disability
- Experience delivering low, moderate and complex care, preferably within the community
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to prioritise workload and work independently
Benefits:
