Job Opportunity:
">The Assessor role is a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the effective delivery of the Licensed Electricians Assessment (LEA).
">About the Role

- Conduct the Licensed Electricians Assessment (LEA) following established procedures.">
- Set up assessment rooms and verify candidate identity and eligibility.">
- Monitor candidates during assessments and ensure compliance with rules.">
- Distribute and collect assessment papers securely.">
- Record and report incidents or suspected breaches.">
- Respond to basic enquiries and assist the Lead LEA Assessor.">
- Maintain accurate records aligned with regulatory standards.">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- ">
- Current A Grade Electrical Licence.">
- Certificate IV in TAE Assessor Skill (minimum).">
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) preferable.">
- Recent industry experience.">
- Strong communication skills, especially in quiet assessment environments.">
- Awareness of candidate stress factors during assessments.">
- Understanding of Energy Safe Victoria (ESV) guidelines.">
Additional Requirements:

- A valid Victorian Working with Children Check (WWCC).">
- A National Police Check.">
