Job Profile

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our Sydney or Melbourne team. As a key member of the organization, you will work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions using Salesforce.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and develop Salesforce solutions that meet business needs
  • Identify gaps in the existing Salesforce implementation and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation
  • Provide guidance to other team members and stakeholders
  • Evaluate project success against objectives and timelines

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on Salesforce
  • Proven ability to analyze business requirements and develop technical solutions in Salesforce
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in project management and agile methodologies
