Lead Educator Position

A Lead Educator is a highly skilled and experienced educator who plays a key role in shaping the future of our centre. Located in Wanneroo, Western Australia, we are seeking an individual who shares our vision of creating quality, child-led learning programs where children feel valued and safe.

We adopt a holistic approach to children's learning through our Reggio Emilia inspired environments, rituals, and experiences. As a key driver in establishing constructive and robust relationships with families, peers, and the wider community, you will play a vital role in implementing high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to diverse learning needs
  • Build strong relationships with families, colleagues, and the local community
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to junior staff members
  • Support the effective implementation of the Quality Improvement Plan and the National Quality Standard

The successful applicant will possess relevant diploma qualifications and at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience. A Senior First Aid Certificate, CPR including Anaphylaxis and Asthma, and acceptance from the Working with Children Check are also essential requirements.
