Job Title: Rollform Team Leader

Location: Based at Crestmead, Queensland.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead our roll form team and ensure a safe and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate their team to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all machines are running smoothly and that coils are stocked at each machine ready for changeovers. They will also be responsible for repairing broken-down machines and escalating any issues that cannot be resolved quickly or safely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all roll form workstations are clean, tidy, and safe.
  • Make sure all team members know what jobs need to be completed for the shift.
  • Ensure prestart and preventative maintenance has been done and signed off.
  • Check the correct jobs are being rolled in the scheduled order.
  • Repair machines that are broken down.
  • Finalize and hand over all paperwork to shift supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Completed at least 12 months of on-the-job training.
  • Forklift ticket required.
  • First-aid ticket required.
  • Ability to lead a team.
