Job Title: Company Secretary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic advice on company secretarial requirements across the organisation.
  • Deliver a professional and efficient company secretary function while driving continual improvement of corporate governance policies and practices.
  • Maintain company registers and records.
  • Prepare Board agendas and minutes.
Requirements:
  • Proven track-record in a Company Secretary role within a complex and highly regulated environment, ideally within superannuation or financial services.
  • Tertiary qualification in Law is highly desirable, although Commercial, Business or Accounting qualifications will also be considered.
  • Strong executive wisdom particularly at Board level with highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
