About Cyber Security Roles

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Analyst/Project Coordinator to work on an IT security uplift project that aims to improve our organisation's security infrastructure. This is a 6-month contract with a likelihood of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage project activities related to the Essential Eight and change management models.
  • Execute technical change tickets and business change artefacts.
  • Engage with stakeholders and collaborate with clients/internal teams to deliver results.
  • Analyse risks and work with the Project manager to eliminate blockers (RAID administration).
  • Facilitate project meetings and provide project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Establish test scripts and other types of testing (Functional Acceptance, Regression, and Document).
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation and monitor project progression through a daily log.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Technical Analyst/Technical Project Coordinator role.
  • A comprehensive knowledge of IT systems, networks, and applications.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certification is desirable).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance control and risk management.
  • Experience in Essential Eight/Cyber Security projects is highly desirable.
