**Job Title:** Senior Research Scientist - Kidney Bioengineering

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Research Scientist to join our dynamic team in kidney bioengineering research. The successful candidate will have expertise in kidney organoids, pluripotent stem cells, and bioengineering methods such as 3D bioprinting and microfluidics.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate high-calibre research data and communicate effectively with the team.
  • Conduct ethical research under supervision at the highest level of integrity.
  • FOLLOW standard operating procedures, protocols, and guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate digital record keeping and data storage.
  • Aware of and adhere to MCRI policy on Intellectual Property/Material Transfer Agreements/Contracts/Clinical and Public Health Outcomes.
  • Participate in opportunities for translation and commercialisation.

**Requirements:

  • PhD in a relevant scientific discipline.
  • Hands-on experience with kidney organoids and pluripotent stem cells.
  • Skills in bioengineering methods (e.g., 3D bioprinting, microfluidics).
  • Strong molecular biology and microscopy skills.
  • Proven track record in scientific communication and publications.
  • Collaborative, organised, and committed to high-quality research.
