Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects from pre-site stage through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Manage the complete experience through the construction process with updates to clients, site, and developers.
  • Claims and Financial Management: Manage claims and financial aspects of projects.
  • Information Coordination: Support the Project and Construction team by acquiring, distributing, and coordinating information during the construction phase.
  • Workflow Management: Deliver highly productive and efficient projects through workflow management.
  • Project Delivery: Adhere to established project and cost management strategies.
  • Quality Assurance: Prepare for and handle handover and quality assurance for each lot.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the development building industry, covering both pre-site and construction phases.
  • A thorough understanding of building regulations, contracts, and administration procedures.
  • Experience in Project Management, particularly with Microsoft Project (MPP).
  • Experience in Claims and Financial Management.
  • Qualifications in Construction Management or a related field are advantageous.
  • Strong program management skills, especially in MS Projects.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills, particularly with clients, sites, and developers.
