Practice Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead our dental practice in a positive environment for both staff and patients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching, leading and developing a high-performing team.

  • Coaching, leading & developing a high-performing practice team in a positive environment for both staff and patients
  • Assist with overall financial performance of the practice
  • Maintain sterilization, infection control standards, and stock control
  • Patient management; greeting and welcoming patients, answering all phone enquiries, making & confirming appointments; checking, processing & managing customer accounts
  • General administration including processing payments using EFTPOS & HiCaps
  • Proactively marketing your practice to drive patient numbers
  • Effectively manage the recruitment & selection for all practice staff
Requirements
  • Previous leadership experience is a must, we are looking for someone who puts their team first
  • Dental experience not required, full training provided
  • Prior business and people management experience essential
  • Proven track record of strong organisational skills, administrative, and time management
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service skills, and strong business acumen
  • Understanding how to generate income and control costs
  • Able to face into difficult conversations & deal promptly with issues when they arise
  • Comfortable conversing with people from all walks of life, including dentists, patients, and your practice team
  • Experienced in comprehending and managing the P&L for the practice
