About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Internal Communications Advisor to join our team at Aurora Energy. As a key member of our People Experience team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing internal communications strategies that engage and inform our employees about the company's business activities, strategic priorities, and vision.

Your primary focus will be on creating high-quality content that celebrates our people and their work, while also promoting our company's values and culture. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and develop effective communication plans that meet their requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. You will also need to be able to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment, and use a creative and solutions-focused approach to deliver results.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and autonomous individual who is passionate about internal communications and has a strong desire to make a positive impact on our organization. You will need to have a tertiary qualification in Communications and demonstrated experience in a similar role. Experience in change management and business communications, as well as photography, videography, and design skills, would be highly regarded.

You will be a strong communicator who is able to build rapport and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You will also need to be able to provide sound communications advice and manage expectations to achieve the best results.
