About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team at Tribus Technology Pty. As an Analytics Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving our Marketing Technology (Martech) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and Manage Martech Systems: Provide guidance on the implementation and management of Martech systems, ensuring robust, secure, and maintainable solutions.
  • End-to-End Solution Design: Engage in end-to-end solution design and peer reviews, working across diverse teams including development, testing, security, and business management.
  • Enterprise Digital Measurement: Support the rollout of enterprise digital measurement by identifying and documenting business, technical, and reporting requirements.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to provide actionable recommendations that enhance website conversion rates, improve visitor engagement, and meet/exceed channel sales targets.
  • Big Data Capture Techniques: Collaborate with development and technology teams to implement big data capture techniques and ensure seamless data integration across platforms.
  • Software Development: Write well-designed, high-quality, testable code and maintain software functionality with thorough documentation.
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems, ensuring compliance with project plans, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Business Intelligence: Create meaningful dashboards and reports to help stakeholders achieve their business objectives.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Implementation Specialist for Marketing Technology with expertise in the Adobe Suite.
  • Good understanding of Application Development, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong ETL skills (Scripting, Scheduling, Transforming, Loading, Preparation).
  • Proficiency in SQL, and some programming languages.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and managed services (e.g., Azure, AWS, MADI, DBT).
  • Experience working with backend technologies, RESTful JSON APIs, and microservices.
