Sofitel Sydney Wentworth is seeking a talented and experienced Hot Section Chef de Partie (Conference and Events) to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment
  • Supervise and prepare established recipes
  • Maintain high levels of communication between Executive-Chef/Sous-Chefs and Chef de Parties
  • Operate in accordance to HACCP standards
  • Work in a 38-hour weekly rotating roster
Requirements:
  • Several years of experience working in a high-volume 5-star luxury hotel (hot-section) conference and events environment
  • Ability to demonstrate advanced CDP skills
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Passion for food and quality products and ingredients
  • Skilled in using commercial-grade kitchen equipment
