What We Are Looking For:

We seek switched-on and passionate water enthusiasts, specifically mid-to-senior level hydrogeologists to join our water business group. Our organization has a long-standing partnership with the WA water sector, which has fostered strong client relationships and a deep understanding of their challenges. This enables us to assist them in preparing for what lies ahead. Our team is renowned for its expertise in water infrastructure and resources engineering and science consulting, working with industry leaders like Water Authorities and major mining firms.

The Role Offers A Variety Of Work And Involves:">

  • Supporting project planning and execution through hydrogeological investigation and assessment projects;">
  • Engaging in various small to medium-sized water projects;">
  • Collaborating with a globally connected multidisciplinary team on large-scale projects;">
  • Managing field investigations, data management, and technical reporting;">
  • Investigation and report writing;">
  • Preparing proposals and bids for projects;">
  • Demonstrating industry knowledge and experience to develop and maintain client relationships;">
  • Working collaboratively with experienced professionals on a range of projects;">
  • Continually developing skills and contributing to the team;">
  • Mentoring and coaching more junior members;">
  • Supporting senior members in delivering services to both internal and external clientele;">
  • Developing professional networks across APAC and global service lines;">

Key Requirements:

">

Our ideal candidate will possess:

">
  • ">
  • Technical skills in groundwater investigations, hydrogeological conceptualization, impact assessments, and resource evaluation;">
  • Hands-on experience with GIS software and spatial data analysis;">
  • Ability to work independently using geological models, coding languages, and water assessment software;">
  • Demonstrated proficiency in report writing in various formats for different clients/sectors;">
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas concisely;">
  • Passion for technical excellence, diligence, and client service;">
  • Understanding of or experience in numerical model development, including data processing and interpretation;">
  • Experience in supporting key aspects of project management and administration, as well as subcontractor and HSE management;">
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in hydrogeology or related subjects;">
  • Over 2 years of hydrogeological experience, with over 8 years required for the Senior role;">
