Maximizing Sustainability through Environmental Compliance

As a dedicated waste water treatment plant operator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the daily operations of our treatment facility align with rigorous environmental standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day activities to maintain waste water compliance with strict regulations and policies.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee efficient operation of the treatment plant according to EPA guidelines.
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement within the areas of environment and sustainability.

Required skills and qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Current forklift license.
  • Proven experience working with waste water treatment plants.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • High level of customer service and stakeholder management expertise.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively with initiative.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous exposure to FMCG and/or production environments.
