Job Summary

What this role involves:

  • Work with all team members to achieve key performance indicators established by the client and our responsibility to deliver.
  • Support senior facilities managers in providing daily comprehensive facilities management including compliance, vendor and relationship management along with delivery of services in accordance with our policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and requirements of client contracts and all site procedures including Landlord Compliance requirements.
  • Proactively develop and manage relationships with occupiers and clients to ensure service delivery expectations are exceeded.
  • Assist delivery of building inspections and complete associated reports within governance timeframes for allocated portfolios.
  • Assist administration and organisation of information for analysis and presentation to senior management teams.
  • Actively encourage environments that support teamwork, cooperation and performance excellence across portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage vendors and coordinate facilities works as required.
  • Proactively manage and monitor help desks and service outputs to achieve or exceed standards against agreed key performance indicators and service level targets and report regularly to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A strong communicator with good presentation skills and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
