Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Ambassador.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests by being attentive, friendly, and courteous at all times
  • Prepare quality ingredients in the kitchen with care and attention to detail to maintain high standards of food presentation and safety
  • Becoming proficient at all stations, including chips, buns, dress bench, grill, wrap, floor & till, to efficiently manage workflows and meet customer demands
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the restaurant to create a welcoming environment for customers and colleagues alike
  • Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, fun, quick-service casual dining environment to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekdays, weeknights & weekends, to accommodate business needs and customer requirements
