This opportunity allows you to work across two key areas: Early Careers and Learning & Leadership.
The Job DescriptionAs a member of our team, you will split your time between managing the end-to-end recruitment and development of our vacation clerks and graduates, and delivering local and national learning initiatives.
- Manage the recruitment process for vacation clerks and graduates, including shortlisting, interviewing, and coordinating rotations.
- Oversee the smooth running of vacation clerkship and graduate programs, ensuring an exceptional experience for participants.
- Provide guidance and support to clerks and graduates throughout their programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, law societies, and student groups.
- Design and deliver tailored learning programs and materials to meet the needs of employees and align with organizational goals.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and group discussions for employees at all levels.
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
- Support change management initiatives and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs.
We seek someone who is enthusiastic, empathetic, and driven by a genuine desire to help others succeed. You'll need to be a confident communicator, good at building relationships, and able to navigate complex challenges.
The Ideal Candidate Profile- A background in early careers recruitment, learning and development, or a similar HR role.
- Experience working in a legal or professional services firm, or similar environment.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
You'll be part of a supportive and collaborative team that values your contributions and encourages your professional growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across two key areas, gaining exposure to both Early Careers and Learning & Leadership.
