Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Educator to join our team of qualified Early Childhood professionals.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Certificate 3 or Diploma qualified educator to work with children aged 0-5 years in a stimulating environment.

About the Role

- Develop and implement educational programs that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of children
- Establish strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to promote a sense of community and belonging
- Collaborate with other educators to achieve high-quality care and education outcomes
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements
  • Hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services
  • Have a solid understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven experience as an Educator in an Early Childhood service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current Working with Children Check
