Occupational Therapist Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement occupational therapy plans for clients to promote their independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals.
  • Design and deliver training programs for clients, families, and caregivers.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients and their families on daily living skills and adaptive techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current registration with the relevant professional association.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working as an Occupational Therapist in a community or private setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
