Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced childcare supervisor to join our team. As a childcare supervisor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 5-12 years old in a before-and-after school care centre.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years experience working with children in a similar setting, a current Working with Children's Check, and a First Aid Certificate. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

In this role, you will assist in the provision of a high-quality out-of-school care program, responding to enquiries and providing information via phone and face-to-face, as well as participating in activities and programs with the children. You will also be required to ensure the safety of all children and comply with OH&S policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
  • Current Working with Children's Check
  • First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • To be fully vaccinated
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
