As a highly skilled professional, we are seeking an Associate Director to lead our Project Finance team in Sydney or Melbourne.

This is a full-time opportunity where you will work on high-profile Australian infrastructure projects that support the growth of Australia's renewable energy transition.

Our Project Finance team provides non-recourse debt financing solutions to our customer base, focusing on sectors including Infrastructure, Power, and Natural Resources.

In this role, you will play a key part in originating and executing Project Finance transactions, evaluating credit quality for complex debt deals across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate credit quality of complex debt deals and deliver impactful financing solutions
  • Work collaboratively within the team environment, supporting pitches and research projects
  • Drive client advocacy and growth in the team's portfolio, sharing deep thought leadership to the market
  • Support the pipeline of infrastructure projects to propel our market-leading position

As a successful candidate, you will have robust experience in credit writing, structuring, negotiating, and financial modelling, with a strong understanding of business drivers.

Additionally, you will possess excellent communication skills, be able to share your vision for supporting the growth of Australia's renewable energy transition, and demonstrate commercial acumen.
