Early Childhood Teaching Role

We are seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to join our team, where you will ignite a love of learning in children and guide their development with purposeful and energetic teaching practices.

You will build strong, meaningful relationships with families, ensuring every child feels a profound sense of belonging and is supported to thrive. Your passion for teaching will shine through as you mentor and inspire educational practices in your room, collaborating with our leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs.

This role offers opportunities for professional growth and development, with access to regular training and professional development sessions. You will have the support of a dedicated mentor to help you achieve your career goals.

About This Role
  • This is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week.
  • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification and be currently accredited with the relevant state authority.
  • You will need to hold a valid Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
Key Responsibilities

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing engaging and inclusive educational programs for young children.
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH FAMILIES AND COMMUNITY GROUPS.
  • Mentoring and coaching other educators to improve teaching practices and achieve outstanding outcomes for children.
  • Contributing to the development of centre policies and procedures to ensure a safe and supportive environment for children and staff.
