About the Role:

Care Connect is seeking a dedicated Home Care Support Worker to provide essential services to our Aged Care clients in East Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. As a Homecare Support Worker, you will deliver personal grooming & hygiene assistance, medication reminders, domestic duties, food shopping, menu planning, meal preparation, and mobility assistance within the home and local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes
  • Assist with medication reminders and domestic duties
  • Support clients with food shopping, menu planning, and meal preparation
  • Assist with mobility and transportation needs

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 months of paid experience in Aged Care or Community Care
  • Driver's licence and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
