Job Description

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will provide exceptional service across breakfast, room service, bar, and live music events. Your warm and professional demeanor will make every guest feel valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver attentive, personalized service in the café, room service, bar, and event settings.
  • Take and serve accurate food and beverage orders efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and well-presented work and dining environment, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Assist in setup and pack-down of service areas, including event spaces, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Comply with food safety, hygiene, and service standards, prioritizing customer health and safety.
  • Address guest needs and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism, escalating concerns when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality roles is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
  • A genuine passion for customer service and hospitality drives our business, and we seek individuals who share this enthusiasm.
  • The ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure is crucial in this fast-paced environment.
  • A current RSA certificate is mandatory, as you will be serving alcohol in a responsible and safe manner.
  • Availability across a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, is required to meet our business needs.
