Group Leader Opportunity

C&K Banyo Station Childcare Centre seeks a qualified Group Leader to join our team. We are looking for an experienced early childhood educator who is passionate about mentoring and creating a stimulating learning environment.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma qualification in early childhood, current First Aid and CPR certification, and a willingness to obtain a paid Blue Card. They will also have previous experience working with children and a passion for delivering a high-quality educational program.

In this permanent full-time position, you will work 38 hours per week on rotating shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm. You will be required to be flexible and work collaboratively with the Assistant Educator to implement a planned program that meets the needs of individual children and the group.

Requirements
  • Diploma qualification in early childhood (recognised by ACECQA)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Willingness to obtain a paid Blue Card
