About the Role

As a Personal Carer, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall well-being. You'll work collaboratively with our care team to ensure our residents receive the best possible care.

Requirements
  • Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support: Hold a relevant qualification or be willing to obtain one.
  • Experience in Aged Care: Possess 12 months+ experience delivering exceptional customer service within the Aged Care industry.
  • Flexibility and Availability: Be willing and flexible to work afternoon and nights shifts.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
