We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at one of our facilities in the Southern Tablelands. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, while also leading and managing a team of care workers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide patient-centered care to residents, including high care, low care, and palliative care services.
- Supervise and manage the care team, ensuring staff meet high standards of care and adhere to our organization's values and policies.
- Develop, evaluate, and review care plans to ensure they are tailored to the individual needs of our residents.
- Support your team by sharing your clinical knowledge and mentoring staff members to enhance their skillset.
- Ensure your decision-making supports residents' independence and quality of life.
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- At least 6 months of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Experience working in aged care.
