Trade Skills Specialist

">Join a Dynamic Team">, As a Trade Skills Specialist at Junee Correctional Centre, you will play a vital role in supporting inmate rehabilitation and post-release employability.

Current Vacancies:

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coach inmates in day-to-day production activities across general industry workshops.
• Build their skills, improve employability, and contribute to their successful reintegration into the community.
• Manage essential facility maintenance services within the centre, overseeing and instructing inmates while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Train and mentor inmates in welding, fabrication, and mechanical repair while ensuring safety compliance, skill development, and delivery of quality projects.
