Family Violence Case Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced case manager to join our team on the Central Coast, working with women and children who are escaping or recovering from violence and abuse. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, short-term, comprehensive case management services to support families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality case management to support families.
  • Provide advocacy, safety planning, and collaboration with other services.
  • Conduct timely intake and triage assessment.
  • Deliver group facilitation on family education.
  • Develop and foster strong relationships with external stakeholders and community groups.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in case management working with victims of domestic violence.
  • Understanding of NSW Human Services Outcomes Framework.
  • Solid knowledge of parenting programs and ability to facilitate such programs.
  • Demonstrated practice experience relating to current Child Protection and DFV legislation.
