At Zeus Street Greek, we're seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our Moonee Ponds store.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing Store Performance: Overseeing the effective operation of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
  • Leadership Development: Supervising and coaching a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee growth and development.
  • Operational Efficiency: Managing rosters, inventory, and supplies, maintaining accurate records and reporting on key performance indicators.

We're looking for a highly motivated individual with:

  • 2+ years of experience in Restaurant Management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Leadership Skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent Communication Skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
