Job Opportunity: Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers in the Melbourne area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct warranty and non-warranty service work for spas and swim spas.
  • Perform heat pump installations, platinum spa care, and on-site product sales (accessories, chemicals, covers, etc.).
  • Develop maintenance and service plans for customers.
  • Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in excellent condition.
  • Assist with warehouse spa assessments, including evaluating the condition of spa units and identifying any necessary repairs or maintenance.
  • Ensure spas are maintained at a satisfactory level, including cleaning, organizing, and preparing units for display or shipment.
