Cleaning Operations Manager

City Facilities Management is seeking a seasoned manager to oversee the cleaning operations of multiple Bunnings Warehouse sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service while driving operational efficiency and excellence.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of cleaning professionals to deliver outstanding service quality and consistency.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance operational efficiency, minimize downtime, and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with site managers and stakeholders to address issues and concerns, provide timely support, and maintain open communication channels.
  • Oversee inventory management, uniform maintenance, and equipment upkeep to optimize resources and minimize waste.
  • Conduct regular audits to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in supervising teams, preferably in a facilities management or janitorial services context.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members to achieve their best.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think critically and make informed decisions under pressure.
