We are seeking a skilled Content Specialist to join our team. As a Content Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating high-quality content that enhances our customer experience across various communication channels.
About the TeamYou will work closely with our Marketing team to develop engaging content that meets business objectives and supports brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities- Taking ownership of content briefs and delivering them on time, meeting quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Developing and writing compelling content for campaigns across multiple channels, including email, paid ads, and social media.
- Leading content creation for longer-form copy, including corporate communications, advertorial scripting, and social media scripting.
- Demonstrating a deep understanding of content objectives and writing within brand tone of voice guidelines to meet those objectives and maintain consistency.
- Conducting A/B testing of content across promotions, analyzing results, and applying insights to future content.
- Owning and evolving tone of voice guidelines in line with campaign performance, brand developments, and industry best practices.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver cohesive and impactful messaging.
- Encouraging creative input from others and presenting and communicating content concepts clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.
