Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our project engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing construction functions, overseeing site/project engineers and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading procurement and construction planning;
  • Managing site/project engineers;
  • Ensuring compliance with EHS regulations;
  • Mentoring junior staff;
  • Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers;
  • Driving collaboration across disciplines;
  • Fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement;
  • Championing innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.

Requirements

To be successful, you will need:

  • 7+ years of on-site construction delivery experience;
  • Proven track record on large-scale building projects;
  • Strong skills in programme development, cost control, and risk management;
  • Experience resolving design and coordination issues;
  • Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively;
  • Deep understanding of EHS, quality, and sustainability standards;
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
