About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Commercial Expert to drive commercial success and mitigate risk across contract administration, entitlements, claims, and disputes.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Commercial Support & Risk Management – Develop and implement effective commercial strategies, ensuring accurate management of commercial and contractual risk.\
  • Contract Drafting & Compliance – Review and draft contract terms, variations, extensions, and notices, guaranteeing accuracy and alignment with legal and business requirements.\
  • Procurement & Subcontractor Engagement – Collaborate closely with procurement and subcontract teams to establish agreements, manage downstream obligations, and report on emerging issues.\
  • Contract Operations & Documentation – Maintain comprehensive contract registers, portals, and correspondence, ensuring timely compliance with performance reporting, audits, and stakeholder engagement.\
  • Financial & Performance Insight – Interpret financial and KPI models to support commercial decision-making and contribute to the development of operational contract documents during transitions.

Requirements:

  • \
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Law, Accounting, or Finance (preferred).\
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial or contract administration roles, ideally in infrastructure or services sectors.\
  • Strong understanding of contract administration principles and systems.\
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify risks or opportunities.\
  • Excellent communication skills able to simplify complex contract terms into clear guidance.\
  • Strong planning and time management skills, with an agile and collaborative approach.
