Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • To develop and implement strategic marketing plans that enhance brand identity and community engagement.
  • To create compelling narratives showcasing an organisation's strengths and achievements through various mediums including digital, social media, and print.
  • To manage websites, content, social media platforms, and digital marketing campaigns with a strong understanding of audience engagement strategies and brand consistency.
  • To build and maintain relationships with media outlets, draft press releases, and manage media opportunities to positively position the organisation within the broader community.
About Us

We are a secondary college teaching students from year 7 to 12. We have a diverse boarding population at Mt Erin Boarding House, offering an affordable boarding option for students who live outside the region.

Essential Criteria
  • Demonstrated understanding of and respect for the organisation's values and ethos.
  • A minimum of three years experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities across multiple platforms.
  • Experience managing websites, content, social media platforms, and digital marketing campaigns.
Desirable Criteria
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communication, or journalism.
  • Familiarity with graphic design, photography, and video production.
