This role is ideal for an experienced Lead Educator who is passionate about guiding young learners through their early education journey. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting educators in implementing programs aligned with the EYLF framework and fostering a culture of discovery and exploration.
  • Nurturing and developing team members to ensure they feel confident and valued in their roles.
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH FAMILIES AND EDUCATORS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION.
  • Ensuring compliance with the EYLF and NQS standards, maintaining high-quality care and education services.

About You:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification is essential for this role.
  • You must hold a current Working with Children's Check.
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality early learning experiences is crucial for success in this position.
  • Previous experience working within OSCH environments is highly regarded.
