**Job Title:** Gaming Attendant

Are you a customer-focused professional looking for a dynamic role in the gaming industry?

At our organisation, we are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our busy gaming team as a gaming attendant.

As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests, ensuring a positive experience in our gaming facilities.

Main Duties:

  • Provide high levels of customer service to our members and guests;
  • Perform general cleaning duties as required;
  • Provide bar service to the gaming team, including poker machine maintenance and drink service;
  • Work as a keno operator and cashier;
  • Cash handling duties;
  • Resolve gaming floor enquiries;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A proven track record of providing exceptional customer service;
  • RSA and RCG qualifications;
  • Ability to work night shifts finishing at 6am;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • High standard of personal grooming;
  • History of accurate cash handling is essential;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve;
  • Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese would be advantageous;
  • Previous gaming experience would be highly regarded.
