The Clinical Support Officer is responsible for providing administrative support to the healthcare team, ensuring efficient operation of services.
This role involves delivering timely and accurate administrative services, including transactional tasks and data management.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide effective administrative support to the healthcare team, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Deliver timely and accurate administrative services, including transactional tasks and data management.
- Experience in a similar support role in a complex organisation as an effective team member.
- Ability to prioritise work effectively, achieving key tasks in a busy work environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with attention to detail when writing and good listening skills when communicating with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in common information and communication technology, including word processing, data entry, emails and internet searches.
- Understanding of customer service principles and commitment to maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Motivated individual able to demonstrate initiative in relation to known work procedures and work under broad supervision.
