As a cost control specialist, you will play a vital role in establishing, managing, and maintaining cost management systems and processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to utilize your expertise in cost control tools and methodologies to ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project cost plans that align with organizational strategic goals and objectives.">
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to secure support, resources, and buy-in for financial performance objectives.">
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to senior management and stakeholders to provide real-time visibility into project cost performance, ensuring forecasts and budgets are up-to-date and accurate.">
  • Deliver expertise in project cost control and financial management tools, including Excel, SAP, Oracle, and similar ERP systems.">
  • Identify and resolve cost-related issues promptly and effectively, minimizing disruptions to financial targets and timelines.">
  • Analyze project financial data and provide comprehensive reports and metrics to project teams and stakeholders, enabling data-driven insights for cost optimization.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, construction management, or a related field; Master's degrees are advantageous.">
  • 5–8 years of experience in managing cost controls for complex projects and programs across different industries, including infrastructure.">
  • Deep understanding of cost control processes, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, with 5+ years of hands-on experience using tools such as Excel, SAP, Oracle, or other cost management software.">
  • Strong financial acumen, communication, problem-solving, and project cost management skills to successfully execute and deliver outcomes that contribute to the organization's growth and competitiveness.">
