We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team at Corpus Christi Catholic High School, Oak Flats.

About the Role

This permanent full-time position commencing 31 January 2025 involves teaching English and Religious Education. The successful applicant will be required to create and maintain an orderly, safe, and supportive learning environment based on the principles of Positive Behaviour for Learning (PB4L).

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding and commitment to the mission and purpose of the Catholic School within the broader Catholic Church.
  • Apply knowledge of the diverse needs of students to support their full participation in learning.
  • Plan and implement effective teaching and learning in English and Religious Education.
  • Use a range of assessment strategies and analyse data to inform student learning.
  • Demonstrate commitment to engage professionally with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
Requirements
  • Appropriate qualifications for teaching nominated Key Learning Area(s).
  • Level B Accreditation in accordance with To Work, Teach and Lead policy or a commitment to gain level within the first 5 years of employment with CEDoW.
  • Registration to teach with NESA.
