Job Summary

CJD Equipment is seeking a skilled Parts Interpreter to join our team. As a Parts Interpreter, you will play a crucial role in assisting our customers with identifying and obtaining the necessary parts for their heavy equipment and trucks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in identifying the correct parts for their equipment and trucks
  • Use various platforms to obtain parts, including ECat, RMI, and Cumpas
  • Communicate with customers regarding the status of their ordered parts
  • Prepare and process orders, invoices, and other paperwork
  • Participate in stock takes and stock rotation

Requirements

  • Experience working in stores, warehousing, or workshops in the heavy industries sector
  • Basic computing skills and good written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Valid 'C' Class Licence
  • Forklift licence an advantage
  • Pass a medical and drug & alcohol test
  • Complete a Police Clearance check
