About the Role

This senior leadership position plays a pivotal role in fostering a sense of belonging, empowerment, and care within our Senior School community.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Deputy Principal Community and Heads of Year to support all members of the College community in living out our Values in a genuine and meaningful way.

Key responsibilities include ensuring quality relationships and contemporary positive educational practices underpin a flourishing learning environment that promotes the holistic growth of students.

  • Supporting the Deputy Principal Community in delivering high-quality pastoral care to students across the Senior School
  • Developing and implementing behaviour engagement strategies aligned to our College Values and Code of Conduct
