### Job Title: Allied Health Assistant/Group Fitness Instructor

### Location: North Sydney, NSW

### Job Type: Casual, 15 hours per week

### About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Allied Health Assistant/Group Fitness Instructor to join our team at Catholic Healthcare. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exercise programs to enrich the lives of our clients.

### Key Responsibilities

* Assist with the development and implementation of exercise programs to promote healthy living for seniors
* Facilitate engaging classes, including light cardiovascular, strengthening, flexibility, coordination, and balance training
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and adapt programs accordingly
* Monitor individuals throughout classes and adapt programs as necessary
* Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless delivery of services

### Requirements

* Minimum Certificate III in Fitness
* Current Driver's License and registered and insured motor vehicle
* Previous experience in facilitating exercise programs
* Strong work ethic and a sense of fun
* Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain on employment
