About the Role
TalentBay Healthcare is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Administering equipment prescriptions to ensure our clients receive the necessary support
- Conducting home modifications to create safe and accessible living environments
- Implementing falls prevention measures to reduce the risk of injury
- Pressure care management to promote wound healing and prevent further complications
- Complete Daily Living (ADL) assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Making recommendations for other necessary supports and services to ensure our clients receive the best possible care
Requirements
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) – Occupational Therapy Board
- Current Driver's Licence
- Occupational therapy experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Work authorisation in Australia (Preferred)
