Lead Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a Senior Educator, you will play a key role in providing high-quality educational programs for children, and contributing to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children, and align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve educational programs.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children, and promote a culture of inclusivity and respect.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive team culture, and provide guidance and support to colleagues.
