Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Safety and Wellbeing Systems Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Health, Safety and Wellbeing department, you will be responsible for leading the development and review of our Safety and Wellbeing Management System, as well as overseeing the creation of education programs, organisational safety and wellbeing communications, and data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and simplify processes, procedures, forms, and tools to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Lead the development of education programs, organisational safety and wellbeing communications, and data analysis and reporting to inform insights and actions.
- Collaborate with the Director Health, Safety and Wellbeing, and operational stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of safety and wellbeing initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to direct reports to ensure the successful delivery of safety and wellbeing projects.
Requirements
- Tertiary education in a health and safety or related discipline.
- Previous experience in a Safety Systems management role, with a strong understanding of safety systems and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in developing effective communications and education programs, as well as analysing and interpreting legal and other compliance requirements.
- Proficient across Microsoft Office applications.
