This role involves working with Microsoft Intune to configure and manage iOS devices for a global organization.
Key Responsibilities- Configure device enrollment settings through Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Apple Device Enrollment Program (DEP).
- Manage Intune policies, including device compliance policies, app protection policies, and configuration profiles.
- Deploy and manage iOS applications, including those purchased through ABM and those created using Intune's app wrapping tools.
- Implement and manage Intune's compliance policies to ensure devices meet organizational security requirements.
- Troubleshoot device and application issues related to Intune policies and configurations.
- Monitor device health and compliance status and take corrective action when necessary.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Intune and iOS device management principles. They should be familiar with Apple Business Manager and the Apple Device Enrollment Program. Additionally, they should have a strong understanding of Intune policies, including device compliance policies, app protection policies, and configuration profiles. Experience with deploying and managing iOS applications is also essential.
Required Skills and QualificationsExtensive experience with Microsoft Intune and iOS device management principles is required. Familiarity with Apple Business Manager and the Apple Device Enrollment Program is also necessary. Strong understanding of Intune policies, including device compliance policies, app protection policies, and configuration profiles, is essential.
