Food Service Operations Manager

This is a leadership position in a state-of-the-art facility that offers a new on-demand food service model. The primary goal of this role is to provide operational guidance and contribute to delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring adherence to established standards, policies, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Effectively supervise staff by providing clear direction, support, and fostering an inclusive environment. Consider the impact of actions and motivate positive outcomes.
- Apply contemporary leadership principles to develop and maintain a high-performing team.
- Develop strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively express ideas in individual and group settings. Possess highly developed negotiation skills, including the ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships.
- Identify and resolve issues using innovative approaches, demonstrating initiative to identify areas for improvement and resolve problems.
- Make informed decisions, ensure accountability, demonstrate courage in challenging situations, and work towards producing high-quality output and ethical decisions.
